Trust there’s a plan

It’s Finding Me Friday.  As artists we often don’t know where or how our work will arrive. We allow it to emerge, layer after layer,  mark after mark, erasing, painting over, rotating the canvas, leaving it to percolate for a few days, stepping back in, noticing the new, while embracing the entire process through trust. 

For many of us living in this tumultuous time, trust is hard to come by when we’re not sure who is going to stand up and stop the madness. I’m right there with you.

Sometimes the best thing we can do is reach out for support. So today, how about if today you call a friend or a colleague and share with them where you’re hoping to leap. Taking that first step makes all of the other steps much easier, including trusting that once the Universe hears your wish, it makes a plan.
